FAQs:

Is the GUI also free for Academic or Individual API subscription?

The GUI was designed for supporting Business API subscriptions. The rationale is that businesses are already paying a premium on the subscription and typically don't want to do any type of programming. Academia has a different approach, Academia wants to use components of the APIs on an individual basis. Academia also has pre and post processing software packages that can be easily used to post-process APIs' results. This does not mean that Academia cannot have access to our GUI, please contact "sales@mechinmotion.com" for access to the GUI for Academia/Individual API subscriptions.

What support is given for the installation of subscribed APIs?

We provide comprehensive support to ensure the seamless installation of the subscribed API on the Customer's machine. Our team will be readily available to assist with licensing and offer a template for linear elastic analysis. This template allows the Customer to explore various components of the API and gain a clear understanding of its functionality.
